I have been a field service engineer for the past three years in the telecommunication sector. I have been discharging my duty diligently through competence, trustworthy, attitude and above all credibility.
Being a field service engineer doesn’t mean that you are limited to solving equipment’s problems rather more issues is added to it, such as dealing with customer on the field, community issue regarding where you operate, dealing with untrained set of people (popularly known as area boys), coordinating team mates or co-workers, access road issues, L.G.A and as state problems and many more.
With these issues complied with solving equipment problems, I decided to take a training that will equip me to face challenges ahead.
I came to know Cedars&Oaks Consults Limited through Guardian Newspaper that advertised training called Certified Field Services Engineer (CFSE), I thought about it and gathered the resources needed for the training.
Cedars&Oaks Consults Limited has impacted a lot on me by broaden my ideas and increasing my skills in the areas of negotiations, dealing with different types of customers, customer satisfaction, knowing the learning level of each customer so that you can deal with then effectively, improved my listening skills and above all, Cedars&Oaks Consults has make me to know what it takes to be a successful field service professional. With these experience and knowledge gathered during this training, I therefore recommend this training for every field service engineer.
